The guided surgical kit is used to create the osteotomy using a surgical guide. The tissue punch may be used to start the osteotomy. The spade drill is then rotated in the customized surgical guide at 400RPM with external irrigation to prepare the osteotomy. The Guided Surgery Reamer is then rotated in the surgical guide at 50RPM without irrigation to widen the osteotomy to the diameter of the intended implant and to the desired depth.<br>
